This Hotamış kilim is one half of a flat-woven piece from the Konya region of Turkey, dating to the mid-19th century. Measuring 418 cm × 86 cm (13’7” × 2’8”), it is made of 100% wool (warp and weft). This kilim has very good colors, including a beautiful purple.
Condition: overall good, with some wear to the sides and ends; scattered small repairs and areas of loss, with certain sections backed with fabric.
